- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I had the unfortunate experience of attending this plumbing merchants for a replacement toilet seat.
Upon entering there was no one behind the counter i spent 2-3 mins looking at the 6 or so seats on display.
Nobody acknowledged me or was even visably untill i went back to the shelved stock, which wasnt priced, and I attempted to look at one particular seat in more detail (opening an unsealed box) I was then informed by an employee who had appeared i should not be doing that the seats are on display.
I commented that they are not listed as to which ones they are, which they are not in any way, and was promptly told i shoul have asked for help!
From who exactly, the show room was empty!!
I promptly left commenting i would go else wear and get some customer service, i would have said better but i didne get any.This was received with the gentleman telling me he wanted a better quality of customer!
Im not surprised the place was empty!
N.... were in comparison Fantastic! Full of advise and happy to open boxes and show me the seats in detail! spent my money there.
